Good stewardship starts with knowing

A useful record for your next maintenance decision.

The roof is not always easy for a property manager to see firsthand. A photo report connects visible findings with the building or block they belong to, giving your team something concrete to review.

See what was observed

Photos help explain the roof and gutter conditions noticed in the agreed accessible areas.

Understand the follow-up

Review items to monitor or discuss, along with any areas that could not be assessed.

Keep control of the work

Use the findings to ask questions and approve any maintenance separately. A report is not a commitment to repairs.

A report with your cleaning.

From the first enquiry to the findings

A clear process. A record you can keep.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Share the building list, access details and any specific concerns. Choose reporting alone or qualifying cleaning.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

We confirm the areas, price and visit timing. Height, roof type and access affect what can be viewed.

  3. 03

Accessible conditions are photographed and recorded, with any limitations or unviewed areas identified.

  4. 04

Keep your report and discuss recommended follow-up. Any maintenance or repairs are approved separately.

After your report

Turn observations
into a practical plan.

Discuss the visible findings with your team, choose which items need follow-up and coordinate suitable maintenance. Your report does not commit you to additional work.

Before you book

Roof report questions, answered.

Is the report really complimentary?

Yes, with completed flat-roof or qualifying gutter cleaning, for each agreed building or block. The cleaning itself is charged. Bird-dropping cleanup includes work photos but does not automatically include a full roof report.

Can I request only a report?

Yes. Standalone commercial reporting is individually quoted. Tell us your building list, roof types, access and what you need documented.

Can I share it with our board or owner?

Your report gives you photos, visible observations and recommended next steps to refer to when discussing maintenance. Findings are identified by building or block.

Does a finding commit us to repairs?

No. We discuss suitable follow-up with you. Maintenance, additional investigation and repairs require a separate scope and approval.
