How do you price commercial cleaning?
We review floor area, room use, washroom count, condition, requested tasks, visit frequency and access. A walkthrough may be needed before confirming a quote. Supplies, consumables and specialist work are identified separately.
Can cleaning be arranged outside business hours?
Tell us the hours that would work for your property. We confirm scheduling and access arrangements before booking; a requested time is not reserved until confirmed.
Can you coordinate several units or buildings?
Yes. Include the addresses, unit or building list, site contacts and approximate scope. Each area and the overall project arrangements are reviewed before a quote is confirmed.
Are carpet cleaning and floor restoration included?
Routine vacuuming or mopping may be included in the agreed cleaning checklist. Carpet extraction, stain treatments, floor stripping, polishing and restoration are separate scopes to discuss.
