Included with your first cleaning, then once per property every 12 months with a completed cleaning. Limit one complimentary report per property in any 12-month period. Additional reports or expanded reporting are quoted separately.
Can I get a report without gutter cleaning?
Yes. Standalone residential roof photo reports start at $250. We confirm scope and price based on your home and the reporting needed before booking.
Will you explain anything that needs attention?
The report includes plain-language observations and recommended next steps. You can discuss findings with Brandon before deciding whether to proceed with separately quoted maintenance or repairs.
Does a report include repairs?
No. A report documents what was observed. Cleaning, sealant work and other repairs are separate unless specifically included in your agreed service.
