Coordination is a paid service. We agree the scope and fee in writing before starting. Contractor assessments and repair costs are separate; you approve the specialist’s quote and arrange the repair contract directly with them.

While we are already on site, typically during your cleaning visit. It includes up to 30 minutes and one tube of sealant for agreed suitable work. A separate return visit, extra time or materials are quoted separately.
The starting package includes one bundle of shingles. Height, pitch, access and the extent of damage may change pricing. Additional bundles are separately quoted. Decking, underlayment and flashing repairs require specialist assessment.
We confirm the available type and colour before proceeding. An exact match to older or weathered shingles may not be available.
Sometimes, depending on the condition, weather, safe access, materials and agreed scope. Same-visit completion is confirmed with you rather than assumed.
