Know someone who needs property care?
Referrals can include gutter cleaning, roof washing, bird-dropping cleanup and other eligible Curbwell services. They can come from neighbours, friends, local businesses or commercial customers.
For a condominium or multi-property contract, we confirm the eligible scope with you. The referral credit is $25 regardless of project size; one new customer counts as one introduction, regardless of the number of units.
Personal rewards to condo managers, board members or anyone choosing contractors for another organisation are excluded. Organisational arrangements require separate review.

Who qualifies for a reward?
Introduce a genuinely new Curbwell customer before their first service. Their first eligible service must be at least $149 before the existing $25 welcome discount and tax. Include your name or code with the enquiry. One project reward per new customer; no self-referrals or ongoing commissions.
Does my friend receive an extra $25?
No. They use the existing $25 new-customer offer where eligible. It applies once and does not stack with another new-customer discount or promotion. We confirm offer eligibility on the quote.
When is my $25 credit available?
After the agreed qualifying work is completed, fully paid and reviewed, we add $25 to your service-credit balance. It is available for your next Curbwell service.
How can I use service credit?
Use one approved credit per invoice for future Curbwell service, without another promotional discount. Credit has no expiry, is not cash and any unused balance remains available. Previously approved rewards keep their original terms.
What if I refer more than one customer?
Each successful referral earns another $25 credit. Use one credit per invoice on future service visits; other credits stay available. There are no percentage tiers, gift cards or milestone bonuses.
Can I refer as a local business?
Contact Brandon to review an organisational introduction. The standard program provides service credit, not cash or gift cards. Personal rewards for people choosing contractors on behalf of others are excluded. Tell the person you recommend that you may receive a service credit. Their enquiry does not subscribe either of you to promotional email.
