Tell us which rooms must stay open, your preferred working hours and any resident or staff requirements. We agree the work areas, protection and access arrangements before confirming the schedule.
How much does painting cost?
Painting is quoted for your project. We review the surface area, current condition, preparation, access, products and finishes. Photos help us start the conversation; a site visit may be needed before the price is confirmed.
Are paint and preparation included?
Your quote lists the materials and preparation included. We agree paint supply, colours, sheen, primer where needed and coat requirements before work begins. Additional surface work is discussed separately.
Can I request interior and exterior painting together?
Yes. Identify each area you would like painted. We review the surfaces and access, then confirm which work can be combined and whether separate visits are needed.
What if a surface needs more than paint?
Tell us about peeling paint, damaged surfaces or moisture concerns when you enquire. We review what preparation is suitable and identify work that needs a separate scope before painting proceeds.
