How much does carpet cleaning cost?
We quote from the carpeted area, number of rooms and stairs, carpet type, condition, access and requested treatments. Send approximate measurements and photos for a starting assessment.
Will every stain come out?
Some stains, colour changes, wear and damage may remain. Tell us what caused a mark, if known, and whether anything has already been applied. We discuss realistic expectations before agreeing treatment.
How long will the carpet take to dry?
Drying depends on the cleaning method, carpet construction, airflow, temperature and moisture. We discuss expected drying and aftercare for your job rather than promise one time for every carpet.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please identify large or delicate items when requesting a quote. We confirm which areas will be accessible and what you need to move; heavy furniture moving is not automatically included.
Who will carry out the cleaning?
