Cleanup is separate. Wider ledges may need multiple rows; strip length does not equal protected ledge length. Deterrents do not guarantee birds will never return.

Plan protection, controlled access and waste handling for the assessed conditions. We avoid dry sweeping that can spread contaminated dust.

Use an appropriate controlled method to collect the agreed waste and clean suitable surfaces. Ordinary balcony washing follows separately where included.

Review & follow up
Provide work photos and identify any remaining staining or inaccessible areas. Discuss suitable deterrents or a future visit if needed.

Can I book pigeon cleanup without balcony cleaning?
Yes. Pigeon-waste cleanup is a standalone service. We can quote an affected balcony, patio, deck, entrance, walkway, ledge or suitable accessible roof without requiring a full balcony clean.
How much does pigeon-dropping cleanup cost?
Standalone pigeon-waste cleanup starts at $149. We quote separately from photos based on the buildup and affected area, then review surface condition, access, collection and disposal needs. You receive the proposed scope and job price before booking. Pigeon-waste removal added to a balcony clean is quoted as an extra.
Can you clean bird waste from a roof?
We assess suitable accessible roof areas from photos and access details. Roof material, condition, slope, height and the extent of contamination determine whether the work is suitable. This is waste cleanup, not roof repair, leak diagnosis or a full roof wash.
What if I also want the whole balcony cleaned?
Balcony cleaning starts at $179. Select both services and we’ll confirm one quote covering the balcony clean and extra pigeon-waste removal before booking.
What photos should I send?
Include an overview and closer photos of the waste, the affected surfaces and access. Tell us the approximate area and floor or roof height. Take photos from a safe position; there is no need to disturb the buildup or climb onto a roof.
Do you remove birds or active nests?
No. Bird removal, active nests and enclosed-space remediation are outside this service. Tell us if birds are nesting or the buildup is extensive so we can assess the request before arranging a cleanup.
Can we arrange recurring visits?
Yes. After reviewing the initial cleanup, we can discuss a separately agreed maintenance schedule. Each scope and price is confirmed; there is no automatic subscription.
